Funding database for tourism

neusta tourism provides orientation in the extensive public funding environment

On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, the Federal Competence Center for Tourism has developed a guide that is specifically tailored to the needs of the tourism industry. The digital platform was developed by neusta Grafenstein as a network partner of the Federal Competence Center for Tourism and is optimized for mobile devices.

The Federal Competence Center for Tourism provides orientation in the extensive public funding framework. The new funding guide for tourism has been specially designed for the needs of the tourism industry and was activated in December 2019 by Thomas Bareiß, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy.

The funding guide will give tourism companies, organizations, and founders assistance in the selection of suitable funding programs. The digital information service is tailor-made for the needs of the tourism industry and supplements the existing information on funding options on the Internet.

At the domain www.foerderwegweiser-tourismus.de, the Federal Competence Center for Tourism presents relevant funding options from the federal government, the federal states, and the European Union. Several thousand current funding options were editorially evaluated and checked for relevance for target groups within the tourism industry.

This includes the hotel industry, travel agencies, and organizers, providers of events and event organizations, destination management organizations as well as mobility service providers and start-ups. The personal search results can be further narrowed down, based on the location of the respective beneficiary and the individual reason for a grant.
